How to purchase.
We sell via our website, Noster ProBiotics shop.
- Choose the product (the most popular are the refills).
- Click the Add To Basket button
- When you have finished choosing, click the View Basket button at the top of the page.
- You can change the quantity you require.
- Choose the delivery method. If the delivery is in Hillcrest, Kloof, or Waterfall in the KwaZulu-Natal area, choose free delivery.
- Click the Proceed to Checkout button.
- Enter all your details. Choose to create an account, as this will help you remember your details for your next purchase.
- In the Order Notes field, state the day you want to receive the product. Please give us at least 24 hours’ notice.
- Choose the method of payment. Bank transfer or Credit Card via PayFast.
- Click the Place the Order button.
- You will end up on an Order Received page.
- You will also receive an email with all the invoice details.
- We received a similar email. We then sort the rest out for you.
For the present, until we have established ourselves, we will be selling through our website, Noster ProBiotics (https://nosterprobiotics.com).
As many customers found it inconvenient to receive delivery only on Friday, we changed the delivery schedule. We will deliver during the week, Monday to Friday, in the evening around 6.30 pm. Delivery is free in the Hillcrest, Kloof and Waterfall areas. You can either pay by EFT or by credit card through PayFast.
