Ingredients
1 cup | fresh Apricots, cleaned, deseeded (seed of the Apricot can be removed by silting it length wise and pulling out the seed easily) and sliced. Add sufficient apricots to full a cup. |
1/2 cup | full cream milk |
1/3 cup/td> | full cream natural organic yoghurt |
1 tablespoon/td> | raw honey (I used a lot less) |
Method:
- Blend the apricot slices and the honey to form a paste.
- Add milk and yoghurt and blend for about 20 seconds. Do not exceed the 20 seconds.
- Pour into a glass and drink immediately.
Love the taste of this. Don’t drink too many though, there’s a condition called apricot tummy.
